Well said Jeff. Truly a beautiful memorial to those who lost their life. Let us not let their deaths be in vain!
It is amazing how we have all come together, irregardless of race, creed, sexuality, all of the things that have separated humanity in this country. We uplift the spirit of those lives sacrificed in the fight against terrorism in our OWN country, with our OWN politicians, and abroad. It is always the innocent who suffer when the wicked enact evil deeds. This is a moving post. We are aware. ::hugs::
Your writing is as engaging as your conversation Jeff! I agree that the most beautiful thing to come out of 9-11 was the way people treated each other as human beings and came together to support each other. I am really looking forward to 11.11 this year. 11.11 has been increasingly powerful for years but this year is going to be something else I am sure. Portals. One after the other.
I had a dream the morning of September 11, about 4 a.m. EST. In it, an Indian master came to warn my son and me against going into a tall building in Manhattan. He said there would be a huge fiery explosion there. He said it would an end to the world as we know it and a rebirth into piety. I agree with Sophie that what came out of it was more kindness and more awareness of the need for peace.
